I can confirm this bug. As a consequence compile tests on Windows for
Multimedia don't work. Thank you for the report. The fix has been committed:

I cannot verify a problem related to a copy operation. In fact configure.bat
has only 684 lines and line 113 doesn't look appropriate either. Could you
please provide more information on this bug? (Maybe a trace of the
configure.bat run?)
