It looks like you're basically asking for a 'browser-like' app supporting
QML.
It's a nice idea but I guess you would have to deal with all the security
issues real browsers deal with on a daily basis (e.g. QML does not check
for Same Origin Policy afaik).
Not necessarily impossible but probably not trivial (I'm no expert here).
