I think this is the same problem with QAxWidgets staying on top, which
I've already reported and was confirmed as a bug #200909
Thank you.
I hope someone will find a solution for this bug, because, at the moment, it
prevents the migration of my project to Qt 4.4.0.
This is already fixed in the current 4.4 snapshots.
