Hi!
I have enabled webkit with the -webkit option. But before it compiled with
visual c++ 2003 I had to fix several errors.
There are, for example, several #DEFINEs with the ellipsis operator which the
VC 2003 compiler seems not to know.

Hi. I compiled Qt4.4 for windows with default switches using visual c++
2003. "configuration --help" says that -webkit is by default, but there is no
QtWebkit in my bin or lib directory.
Can I compile webkit with visual 2003?
