Hi Bjoern, just to make sure, did you try building it from source? The binary download from our website is compiled with 4.4.3. After you start the program, open an example through File > Open Example > Digital > Blink. Then switch to the PCB view (in the menu through View > Show PCB). There, use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out. This is what creates the effect. There are other places, too, but this is where it's most obvious.
The screenshots were actually made on Windows 7, but I had the effect on Vista before. Maybe it's related to my graphics card? I will have some other members of the team try it, too.
