I don't think that Carbon support was removed from 10.6.
The limitation is that you can't build 64-bit Carbon applications (got
to use Cocoa for 64 bit).

I'm just not sure if deploying for 10.3 should be possible or not
using Qt 4.6 and Mac OS X 10.6.
