The endianess is correctly specified as little-endian, but it seems it was my
mistake to configure Qt with -armfpa
I removed that configure flag and now it works.
BTW:
configure -embedded --help prints
-armfpa ............. Target platform is uses the ARM-FPA floating point
format.
=> this is not really a correct sentence.
