It's definitely the universal build.

Each Mac package contains 4 architectures, in 2 builds of Qt (debug and 
release), whereas the Windows packages contain only 1 architecture.

Both packages contain Cocoa in 64-bit (PPC64 and x86-64). The difference is the 
32-bit architectures.
