I recently switched from Carbon to Cocoa packages for Qt. Now I'm
running into some subtle translation issues.

With previous versions, the advice was to force the Mac OS to
translate the Application Menu and dialogs by creating bundle folders
like Resources/en.lproj and then adding a locversion.plist:

http://doc.trolltech.com/4.6-snapshot/mac-differences.html#translating-the-application-menu-and-native-dialogs

This doesn't work with the Cocoa libraries. I cannot find any
documentation on how to ensure the application menu is translated on
either the Qt or Apple developer sites.

Any advice?
-Geoff

P.S. I can reproduce the issue with any of the Trolltech applications.
