I've tried the latest version of QtLockedFile from here: http://qt.nokia.com/products/appdev/add-on-products/catalog/4/Utilities/qtlockedfile . Unfortunately I could not reproduce the problem you mention with the given documentation. As a workaround, could you please try the remove all documentation from Qt Assistant and readd them.
