Under Windows 7-64, using Qt 32b. There is something strange I have never seen with earliers Qt versions. After a while, Qt applications (demo, assistant, linguist... from the pre-built commercial package) take a long while to open. Where it usually took 1 second to open, it now takes about 10 seconds. There is no special CPU activity during that time, and the computer ar fast (I can reproduce this on 3 different machines). Rebooting solves the problem, but sooner or later it appears again. Sometimes this goes away without rebooting. Never such thing with 4.6 on the same systems.
