Thanks for the log. I think we've actually fixed this bug in xcffib
(commit bcd1c1b). The line number in the stack trace you gave (696)
corresponds to the line number that is fixed in that patch, but the
full path to the python files indicates that python thinks you've
installed xcffib 0.1.11, which should have this fix.

I'm not sure what got you into this state, but I think the best thing
may be to remove all versions of xcffib, and then try to install
0.1.11 again, and hopefully that will fix the problem.
