I was thinking about GUI app for simple qtile config editing. May be with tkinter. This app could be for newcomers and to view what is new in Qtile, because options to select some layouts or widgets should be generated from libqtile and docs, too. Plus, here should be added best practice like dual screen, autostart apps and like that. Sure, direct config.py editing is most flexible.
