It looks like I've managed to answer one of my own questions... I figured out how to change my rack to include AZO, and when I selected "Generate All" and ZA appeared as a valid play but ZO did not, I figured I must be using TWL06. Seeing GINZO appear told me that I had the full tournament word list rather than the censored OSPD4.
I'd still be interested to know how to change the dictionary that Quackle uses, seeing as how it comes with SOWPODS, TWL06 and TWL98 dawgs included.
