Hey, the score is always correct if you make the game a two-player game
with two human controllers. Just make sure one player always makes your
play and one player always makes your oppo's play. Quackle keeps score
for you.

Notice that you can double click on a position in the history table to
jump back to reanalyse a past position.

of course, there's plenty of room for improvement :) soon..
