The tiles don't go back into the bag until after you've committed the
exchange and drawn.
You stop a simulation by undepressing the Simulate button. I've made
this more clear in the UI.
Neither olaugh nor I shuffle our tiles ever, so we won't add better
shuffling capabilities in the near future.
In the next Quackle release, you'll be able to enter and commit a play
you type on the board with one ctrl-enter keystroke. Getting rid of the
enter/commit actional dichotomy was never an option; there will now
simply be a convenient way to do both at the same time.
