I'm using Windows 98 and am having the same problem
as Evan and Dave - after configuring the board the program crashed and now
refuses to open.
To make matters worse, I thought it must be because
I hadn't deleted the earlier version, so I did remove it and now I have no
Quackle :-(
I also had no problems with Quackle
