Quackle's GUI is based on Trolltech's Qt. There isn't presently a
PocketPC-based version of Qt. If there were, it wouldn't be hard to create
a port...I could probably do so with cross-compiling tools, although I
wouldn't be able to test or debug it (I'm more of a Palm guy, myself).
What little research into the matter I did via Google indicates that
Trolltech hasn't written off the PocketPC has a possible platform, but they
don't seem to be rushing to support it, either (perhaps, in part, because
Trolltech has a competing PDA/cellphone/embedded device platform called
Qtopia).
The principal other possibility would be to rewrite the Quackle GUI to
support the WinCE platform directly, and I doubt that you'll see any of the
current Quackle team pursuing that. But it's an open-source project, which
means that anybody with sufficient interest and skill has the ability to
work on it.
