Version 0.92 doesn't have the ability to Generate Choices with the endgame solver. If you're tricky enough you can coax an Endgame Player into making a move with your tiles, but I'm probably the only person who's gone to the trouble. Quackle
0.93 will have the ability to kibitz with the endgame solver or a short winning percentage sim.

I'm using Quackle 0.92 to simulate a game I played on Saturday. I set up
2 human players, and entered the racks and moves, and got to the
position where the bag is empty, I have 7 tiles and the opponent has 6
tiles. I want to use Quackle to see if there was any way I could have
won. Does Quackle's end-game solver start working automatically at this
point, or do I need to do something to activate it?
