Hi there, just found quackle after going completely bonkers trying to
find scrabble for MAC OSX not for online gaming... HOORAH! BUT,I am
lost with some of the expressions used and lack of help menu to teach
me how to use it.
1. What is the difference between TWL, COSD and SOWPODS? I want the UK
full scrabble words as I have in my scrabble words book, which one
will do the UK job?
2. Is there any way at all to vary the skill of the computer, if it
always thrashes the pants off me - I always want to use the "generate
choices" facility, which is not playing scrabble ;( I would just like
to bring it closer to my level a bit!
3. Is there any way of moving each letter around in the rack to make
words and try out difference words before typing (without just
pressing shuffle)
4. How do I just "look up a word"
5. In the lister what does 'regex' and 'probability' mean/do? What
does the lister actually do, i have played around with it and can't
figure out what it actually does???? Am I really that thick?
5. In choices what does "plies" mean????
