Wait longer.
New initialization stuff was added which is highly unoptimized. On my
relatively fast system, it takes about 20 seconds.
0.94 was geared toward the upcoming Toronto tournament, and doesn't have
some of the speed optimizations that we'd typically want in a public
release. But we also didn't want to make you wait to see what's going on
in Toronto. :)
