I didn't do any active testing on Quackle under Windows 98/Me before 
releasing.  It sounds like there is a general problem under those OS's, and 
I've received several similar reports.

I'll take a look at it as time permits, but please be patient.  I suggest 
keeping Quackle 0.93 around, or running on a Windows 2000 or XP system for 
now.
