I think he was asking also about how to generate the image in the
first place, but I may be wrong.  I'm not (any longer) a Mac whiz, so
I can't offer the best tips in this area.

You *can* save a position as a text file (from Quackle's 'Game' menu >
'Show plaintext board'), and then put it in your livejournal post
inside html <pre> and </pre> tags.  But I agree that a screen capture
image is more friendly for readers/viewers.
