Tonight I whipped up a Tuvan* Quackle. See a finished game:

(jasonkb's turn 1 play means 'friend', and Quackle's turn 3 play means
'food, dish').

This is what my tile distribution looks like, in case you want to
construct your own set:

I've also vastly improved Korean Quackle and I think it's really
