Hi all,
I'm a newbie here, and ADORING what I've managed to glean from Quackle
so far - but is THIS Yahoo Group the only documentation, instructions,
FAQs etc ?

I was puzzled at my dictionary choice seeming wrong, so searched in
here for "sowpods" and indeed found exactly the answer I needed.
Eventually!

I've also fruitlessly tried to figure the "simulation" mode, then
eventually searched in here and got a good answer there very quickly.

But hasn't anyone compiled all this obvious info into a nice clear
manual somewhere ?? (The ingame help is nice, but inmcredibly skimpy).
Otherwise surely the same questions get asked over and over (or worse
still, NOT asked, as newbies like me despair of trying to find any
useful info directly).

I mainly want Quackle for post-mortems on my own games. So when I start
entering a game (Human v. Human unknown rack, as I don't have record of
my opponent's rack during a game) is there a way to ask/tell Quackle
which player starts (or must I just do a "pass", or restart, if it
picks wrong!) ?

And what the heck difference does "unknown rack" make anyway ? Even
though I say that, it still chooses 7 random tiles for opponent each
turn.

And IF I realise I entered a wrong tile earlier in a game, is there any
way to quietly amend that tile without then losing all subsequent
plays ?

And . . . when will I stop questioning ? LOL
