I've managed to get it working by:
i) Going here: http://trolltech.com/developer/downloads/qt/mac
ii) Downloading the file from the 2nd-to-last link on that page:
"qt-mac-opensource-4.3.3.dmg (dmg, about 67 Mb)"
iii) Mounting the .dmg, and running the package installer.
iv) Right-clicking on Quackle, choosing "Show Package Contents"
v) Open the Contents folder, then the Frameworks folder, and delete
everything in the Frameworks folder.
vi) Quackle 0.95 should now run under Leopard (if a little uglified).
