Thanks for the clarification about Championship Player. I ran the sim several times with the same rack order, and the results still came back slightly different. So, you're right, the rack order is not part of the issue. I had switched from Championship Player to Generate choices when examining my games, and I thought that I was getting a less robust examination of the game (which, at my current skill level, wasn't a huge concern). It's great to learn that I'm actually doing things the right way. Just to make sure I'm not missing something important, can you expand on how you "prune the list by hand and sim" when examining games? Right now, all I'm doing is looking at the choice I made in a game versus the better choices that were available to me. If there is something more I can do that will help me improve my play, I would like to learn how. Thanks for your help, and for a great program. Dallas
