[quackle] mac os x v.10.4.11 2.16ghx intel core duo

i downloaded quackle-0.96-macosx-intel.dmg

opened the dmg file.

moved contents to Applications folder.

but when i click on Q icon, quackle does not launch.

can anyone help?
