In the settings tab, you can set the Lexicon to cswapr07.

There isn't really a concept of levels in Quackle. It always plays as
well as it can.

However, when starting a new game, you can choose to play against the
speedy player. In this mode, Quackle will make moves based on static
evaluation of the score and rack leave, and will not do any simulation
(as opposed to the championship players, which take time to perform
simulations, and make better moves). The speedy player still kicks ass
though.

If you want to recreate a game, move by move, then start a new game
and set both players to human. If you don't know the racks of the
opponent, set that player to "human with unknown racks". Then start
the game. When it is your turn, edit the rack that Quackle has given
you. Delete the letters, set them to what your rack was, and then use
the "generate choices" button to see a small selection of top moves.
You can click on the "simulate" button to perform simulations. If the
move you made in the actual game is not in the list of suggested
moved, you can enter that move in the "move" box above the board, and
commit it.

When it is your opponent's turn, just make your opponent's play on the
board. Quackle will warn that you're using letters that aren't on the
rack. Ignore the warning, and proceed.

This should be enough to get you started. Try it out, and see how you
get on. When you've had some practice, and you still have questions,
then search through the archives to see if your question has already
been answered before. If you can't find and answer, then post a
detailed and descriptive question to this list, and hopefully, someone
who knows the answer will be able to help you.
