Under what circumstances does Quackle consider a non-random opponent's rack?

If I play a game against Q and select a move for evaluation by say,
Championship
Player, is the opponent's rack presumed to include the leave from the previous
play plus some random draw?

Sometimes I use the test harness to analyze an entire .gcg. For some games I
have only partial knowledge of opponents' racks--Maybe the .gcg contains
information about a won challenge, but most of the time I only know what tiles
were played. Does Q take into account the small amount of knowledge available
by including the known tiles when doing the sim?

Sometimes I simulate games where the .gcg is a complete record--does this skew
the simulation results relative to an over-the-board game because the
simulation
takes into account leaves of which I have no knowledge?
