I am new at this (and really like the program), but I have a few questions.
- First, what is that number (under "best") in the list of word choices? It is
supposed to be some sort of average points you'll give away over the rest of
the game if you choose to play that particular word?
- Is there any sort of analysis tool/report which will show you how you did in
comparison to the optimal word choices? Some sort of "percent efficiency"
rating?
- Is there a way to tell the computer who is going first? When I set up a game
with two humans (though we play with a real board and tiles), it still seems to
randomly choose which of the two of us start.
- Is there a way for the program to "back figure" racks? Let's say I track my
racks and words played along with my opponent's words played. I suppose that
an algorithm could work in reverse to surmise which letters were in that second
player's rack after the entire game is keyed in, couldn't it? Can it?
