Best refers to the play with the highest equity.  If multiple plays have nearly 
equal equity values they will all be marked best (eg they are all as good as 
each other).  I would be interested to see a case where the best move was not 
the first.

It appears the phony was the best play since you allowed it :)  We could add a 
note for phonies easily enough - time is a big issue.
