[quackle] Number of tiles

Just made my first board using Quackle; an exact copy of Super Scrabble.  But 
how can I modify the number of tiles and distribution ratios, so that they're 
authentically reproduced?  Super scrabble has twice as many tiles but a 
different distribution ratio to standard Scrabble.
