Subject: Sunday and More Hello Anthony , Thank you to everyone who made the inagural 'Night By the Ocean' a huge success! Ziggy Marley was amazing - Matt Costa, Tom Curren, The White Buffalo and Tommy Fields performed an amazing show. 800+ people packed the house in Santa Monica, bidding on silent and live auction items, enjoying food and beverage (thank you GQ, Grey Goose, Foster's and Red Bull). A BIG thank you to all the volunteers who worked so hard to make this evening possible. Combined efforts between the concert/dinner/auction and the Golf Tournament the next day, grossed Life Rolls On over $140,000! Congratulations. The fun continues starting today down at the US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach. Life Rolls On will have a booth on the sand, educating the public about spinal cord injury, collecting donations, and preparing for the 4th Annual _expression_ Session (details below). We hope you can join us! Please visit these sites below for a recap of the recent events, as well as some information about the US Open starting today!
A Note from LRO Board of Director and Director of _expression_ Sessions, Richard Yelland As you may already know, the Life Rolls On Foundation is the official charity
of the Bank of the West Beach Games. It is our mission to aggressively raise
funds for spinal cord injury (SCI) research that seeks a cure for SCI. This
year, LRO has set a goal of raising $50,000 at this prestigious event and
we need your help to do it. Life Rolls On is a non-profit
501(c)3 Foundation dedicated to increasing awareness about spinal cord injuries
(SCI) within youth culture via influential action sports athletes. Through
recreational, educational, and developmental programs, Life Rolls On raises
money to fund research for the treatment and cure of paralysis caused by
SCI. If you can't make the US Open, you can still support LRO:
