what a great accomplishment she has under her belt - i scraped thru school with Bs and Cs.  i made it to a math degree from wayne st. univ. but no grades to brag about.  rebecca's art in interesting indeed here's about my only attempt at art (the background) - well, i paint ceramics but that's a lot like paint by number - no numbers but the shapes are all defined http://www.users.qwest.net/~daveoc/dbocphol.html

Hi everyone -

Its been a while since I have written... hope you all are doing well. I
have to brag on my daughter Rosie, who was this week accepted into the
Middle College program for her 11th grade in High School - that means
she will be able to take college credit classes for the next two whole
academic years! The program is situated on the campus of the Guilford
Technical Community College. The criteria was simple - since she is an
honors student already. The class are smaller and the student
population more mature. I hope you are as inspired as I am.

I love you honey and am so proud of you!
