Well, I finely put my house up for sale. I'm trying By Owner for a couple weeks. Hoping to save on commissions. The charge just too much, 6% is a lot f money, some went as low as 5%, that's listing and selling. I had 3 agents come out to give appraisals, they all were lower than I hoped so I hired a professional appraiser. They came back lots higher. The agents just wanted a lower price so it would sell fast. Anyone selling a home, I advise getting a professional appraiser, it was the best $300 I ever spent. Got me an extra 20% on my home, that's a lot when dealing with house prices. I'd love someone in a chair buying it. It's set up great. I got lucky when I bought my home 16 years ago. It was just a rural area then, now it's hip suburb. I hope the Open House tomorrow is successful. I want to get to AZ soon. Hey Greg,
Hows the house selling going?
