Ok, is University in your future plans? What does it take for a person with a disAbility to attend a University these days... in the UK. Yes uni is most definitely in the the future plans!! I probably won't
get there until I've been to Australia (18months time) so after that I'll be
back to studying! In the mean time I'm going to do two open uni courses -
one in creative writing (I'm writing a auto biography, in the beginning stages
of it at the moment) and one in psychology until I can do the full time courses
in uni as at some point in my life I want to be a psychologist in
shrinkland! I'm sure how it works with disableds going to uni, but I think
there are grants by the govenment which can help out as the costs are out of
this world!! Along with the 2 open uni courses I'm going to do I'm also
going to be trainned up as a volunteer for the Samaritans, answering the emails,
and hopefully some work with Childline in answering the letters, I do
fundraising for them at the moment which I love! To finish everything of I
want to join a acting club so I can carry on doing my acting! So I guess
you could say that I'm going to be pretty busy for the next few years!
You doing okay?
