True... in small towns it is tougher.  In Cancun (a killer $400
roundtrip deal last year) I had to transfer into the front of an SUV
with help of the driver and then he and several other taxi drivers
hoisted the chair into the back.  At the hotel, the hotel staff helped
get out.  We didn't travel around there... there was enough to see right
where we were.

But this, too... we had to do a lot of planning, searching, e-mailing,
and (primarily) trusting that it was going to work no matter what.
