The PIE* system is not a pressure injected enema.

It uses about the same pressure as an ordinary enema;
however, it uses gentle pulsing water to break up the fecal
material and to allow the material to washout through a
Speculum into a sealed water bag while the individual is in
bed.

This procedure averages 25 minutes after your body becomes
accustomed to the method. In fact, everything is sealed so
there is no smell -- or digging causing hemorrhoids.

It cleans so well that is virtually impossible to have a
bowel accident and users report having much less UTI.
