Tony, I don't know the rules in your state but here in California you can make up to 800.00 a month without losing your SS. You can also write off your monthly van modifications as an I.R.W.E. ( impaired related work expence) I have been working for 15 years without a problem, but my wages vary from month to month which helps. Because anything over 800.00 a month for 9 months in a row or more is considered by SS to be substancial gainful activity, at least here.
