Hi QP,
 
I decided to work out the problems myself.  I got a book entitled, "Windows XP: The Missing Manual," and worked on it myself.  As you can see I'm back in business and will try to catch up on my messages TOMORROW! 
 
I pray that ALL the people affected by Frances will be safe and their homes spared.
