In your state, Medicaid just might think that bowel care equates with digital 
stim, but that is a small part of any bowel program (or so we hope).  Only 
because its partial invasive it is deems an RN's responsibility, lol.  I'm sure 
that you could train, dishwashers and lettuce pickers to do the same jobs for 
alot less.
For RN who stayed up all night to complete their nursing programs, bedpans 
and digital stim are at the bottom of the food chain.  Go figure.
