What does everyone use to hold his or her forks/spoons? I use a Gripmate, which is a cylinder shaped plastic holder which holds the fork/spoon at a right angle to my palm in other words the fork/spoon sticks directly out of my palm. Unfortunately I can't find this Gripmate any more I think I had bought it from Maddak several years ago. Does anyone else use a utensil holder that holds the fork/spoon as I have described above?
