Go to the site above and click on E-motion. When you give the manual chair a gentle push forward, there is a motor in the "hub caps" that gives the chair a forward extra push. This can be adjusted for more oomph forward motion. It also has blinking lights when the motor is working. The assist also works if your going backwards too.   I would had LOVED this 30 years ago, Bobbie
