If you are having a new home built, don't forget to wire for home automated living before the drywall goes up. As long as the wiring is there it does not restrict you and you can make a decision afterwards to have it or not.
Had mine put in after the house was completely built and it was much more work and more costly. Just a suggestion of course Val Cleroux Communication is the key to success
