I don't think you can be so quick to judge. First, you can get a small sore very quickly, just sitting in a seat on a plane for 4 hours and not getting a good pressure release, having a small hole in your cushion and not know until the end of the day, etc. And even a small sore can get an infection.
Plus, you can get a pressure sore and never know it. I was told I had one and I never knew it. It was found when I had a MRI on my hip. They said in was on my butt, under the skin and muscle, and never broke through. The docs were worried of an infection because it could not drain. So people should not be to quick to judge. And even if there was a bad bed sore, it comes down to each persons own responsibility to ask often to have your skin looked at. If you had all the nurses in the world, it's still your job to keep yourself healthy.

Me and my wife think something is fishy here.  His hair began falling out in patches.  How does a quad w/ privates nurses up and die of a pressure sore with no mention of it or it getting worse?
