Dave Headman, and anyone else who has fungus, I bought this stuff called Bifido-factor from the company Natren. It has helped me so much with all the side effects of overuse of antibiotics. It just replaces the good "critters" in your gut etc. They have a web site www.natren.com but thet are a little spendy but well worth it.
