Hey Christopher,
Been a while since I've talked to you.
I read your book(The Green Path) btw and what a painful journey George survived and I think a must read especially for people looking for an alternative to pain management and as we can see here lately
pharmaceutical companies are finally being exposed.
I'm not a Michael Moore fan at all though, only because I feel he's making millions on the death of over a thousand dead soldiers.
Let's face it if we didn't have but a few casualties this movie would've never been made.
And this PPV show he's holding is like a political Wrestling match only he forgot to invite the other opponent.
I just feel the only thing he truly cares about is his bank account otherwise he would've donated a big portion of this money he made to the widows of this war. These people are losing their homes and he's profiting on their misfortune.
I would respect him more if he would show he cared about the people by actually helping those this war has hurt the most.
I might be wrong but it's just my opinion.
I can't wait to see how this election turns out and I agree with you about the Dems & Rep have to much power and don't give a s..t about anything but their own personal gain and big business.
I'd rather vote for the right candidate and lose than voting for the wrong candidate and win.
Mark

Stuntman,
Michael Moore is an occassional pen-pal of mine. While I respect his work as an artist (I would not call him a "documentarian", in the strict sense of the word), I acknowledge that he has been absorbed in the Democratic party (though many moderate democrats disclaim him, the party as a whole profits from his one-sided attacks on Bush). In other words, I think that some of his criticisms of Bush have merit, but the context is skewed because he isn't holding Democrats to the same investigative fire. Know what I mean?
I'm a third-party supporter, myself. I will vote Libertarian when I have the option, but I'll vote Green or Reform as a second choice, simply to broaden the sphere of public debate. Speaking for myself - Democrats and Republicans support too much government intrusion into personal choices. The more power we grant to the government, the greater the liklihood that power will be abused.
Your Iconoclast,
Christopher Largen
