Tom,   I used an electronic control unit while in rehab.  I do not know the make, but it worked fine just as long as you were in the same position with the microphone as you trained the unit.  If you were not in the same position it was very frustrating to use.  Example: if trained while sitting up in bed, the unit did not work very well if you are lying down.  The microphone that the rehab had was a pedestal type that was clamped to my table.   Jim
