Thanks Rosie, I was just in the middle of eating a can of sardines in oil mit crackers when I chose you read your message. Then I started to wonder if the sardines were actually cooked before being neatly place in the can for packaging.... and me. Since the sardine didn't wiggle, I felt much better and finished the can.
